Taylor’s will serve under cooked meats, seafood and shell eggs at the request of the consumer.  The products and correct temperatures are:

Hamburgers – 155 degrees Farenheight for 15 seconds…….Tuna Steaks – 145 degrees Farenheight for 15 seconds

Shell Eggs – 145 degrees Farenheight for 15 seconds……. Prime Rib – 131 degrees Farenheight for 1 minute
